LTD Abstract Most of the contemporary enterprises are influenced by applying the information system, thus those software and services on the marketing place are in an inexhaustible variety. To choose the right information system fully match the requirement of those enterprises will significantly improve their core competency. Also Establish such a system that meet enterprises’ needs will bring long term benefits, it’s not an easy task to set up and maintain a robust system which will fit the enterprise in the long run. Supporting by the advanced management techniques the informationization of the enterprise will be smoother, without this supporting it will be inefficient. Based on the foundation of informationization theories, this thesis is specifying the engineering management of SME in service industry. It takes the project of ABC Co., Ltd as case study, discussing
