第 17 卷第 1 期 体 育 学 刊 Vol.17 No.1 2010 年 1 月 Journal of Physical Education J a n . 2 0 1 0 第 2~4 届奥运会与世博会合办的原因和得益 4 马秀梅 （上海城市管理学院体育教研室，上海 200432 ） 摘 要：早期奥运会曾有过与世博会合办的特殊阶段。早期奥运会与世博会合办的原因是借 助世博会的影响力和号召力，借助举办国的政府财力、组织力和城市吸引力促进奥林匹克运动的 发展。合办的得益在于奥运会的宗旨、内容及文化等快速被西方国家和主流文化接受，项目和规 则等快速规制化，规模迅速扩大，一些重大问题因世博会而得到改进：女性、团体项目和大众体 育首次进入奥运会。以比较学方法归因两者的相互影响，并得出奥运会日益强盛而世博会相对转 弱的判断。 关 键 词：体育社会学；奥运会；世博会 中图分类号：G80-05 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-7116(2010)01-0019-05 Reason for and benefits from the joint hosting of the 2nd–4th Olympic Games and the World Expo MA Xiu-mei （Department of Physical Education ，Shanghai Urban Management College，Shanghai 200432，China ） Abstract: At the early stage the Olympic Game went through a special stage at which the Olympic Games were hosted jointly with the World Expo. The reason for the joint hosting of the Olympic Games and the World Expo was to boost the development of the Olympic movement by utilizing the influence and rallying power of the World Expo as well as the governmental financial power, organizational power and urban attraction of the hosting country. The benefits from the joint hosting are as follows: the tenet, content and culture of the Olympic Games were quickly ac- cepted by western countries and mainstream cultures; events and rules were quickly systemized; the scale was rap- idly expanded; some major issues were improved because of the World Expo: female and group events and mass sports got into the Olympic Games f
