解读夫妻扶养义务

摘要 : 通过阐述各国、各地区婚姻立法和我国内陆地区婚姻立法的相关规定 ,剖析夫妻扶养义务的内
涵 ,指出正确理解我国现行婚姻法关于夫妻扶养义务的相关规定 ,及在适用中应注意的问题 ,并建议
立法者尽快对夫妻扶养义务的内容做出更为明确、具体的规定 , 以完善我国夫妻扶养制度。

Interpreting the support obligations of married couples

Abstract : By expounding the provisions related to marital legislations of various countries , areas and the
mainland China , the article analyzes the connotation of married couple ’s support obligations , points out
the necessity of comprehending the provisions related to the couple ’s support obligations in Chinese cur
rent law of marriage and the problems that should be concerned in the process of implementation , and
suggests that the legislators enact as soon as possible more detailed and concrete provisions related to the
couple ’s support obligations to improve the couple’s support obligation system of China.
