Employee satisfaction of management in enterprise is an important psychological indicator, determines the survival and development of the enterprise. Firstly, this paper has surveyed the employee satisfaction according to Zhejiang Hengdian entertainment limited company; understand the status quo of the companys employee satisfaction, and analyze the current situation of the companys employee satisfaction. Secondly, this paper finds out main problems existing in the company employee satisfaction current according to employee satisfaction. Mainly includes not pay attention to competence and position matching, big workload, staff not get corresponding returns, existence of unfair, participate in the management of low degree and so on. And the cause of these problems is analyzed.
