Subsequent, social progress is speeding up the pace work and social competition is becoming more and more fierceand.Survival pressure is existed in the aspects of society, life and work. In recent years, the phenomenons of karoshi emerge in endlessly. However, the legislation of our country does not make on laborer karoshi. How to make define of the legislation? The experts have different opinion on it. It is belong to industrial injury, or occupational disease or other legitimate rights and interests of employee? This paper will combining domestic and foreign research results and legislation, say something about the present situation of Karoshi and the cause .At last, I will put forward some suggestions and measures on Karoshi.
