By doing so, human feelings of Subject Librarian and the team spirit have been enhanced. The analysis will be made on humanistic knowledge of subject librarians within the services and the specific constituents of humanistic spirit. Finally three keys to cultivating humanistic quality of the subject librarians will be proposed including serious attention from leaders, system protection and practical experience.
