古村落特色旅游营销策略研究
摘 要
在我国广阔的土地上,散落着众多大大小小的古村落。这些延续至今、保存较为完好的古村落,保留了大量的物质和文化遗产,具有较高的历史价值、审美价值、科考价值等。但是这些遗留至今的古村落往往都位于交通闭塞之处,当地的经济也普遍较为落后。如何使这些村落的居民,挽救古村落,并且利用自己的独特资源发展当地经济,成为关键。
但是在开发这些古村落的过程,往往都存在一些普遍的问题,如营销思想淡薄整体规划性不强管理水平低下Abstract
There are numerous large and small ancient village in the vast land of China. In these last-to-today and the well-preserved ancient villages, retaining a lot of material and cultural heritages, have high historical values, aesthetic values, the science exploration values.But these ancient village are usually located in places without good transportation ,the economy of there is also generally more backward.It is critical for the residents of these ancient villages to know how to save their villages and then make full use of their unique resources to develop the local economy.
But in the process of development of these ancient villages, often there are some common issues, such as marketing ideas weak, not strong overall planning, insufficient capital investment, poor management, product characteristics are not clear, the existing marketing is weak, the distribution of benefits confusion Etc. These issues not only related to the ancient village of tourism development, but also to the heritage of ancient villages and the ancient villages of the long-term development. Therefore, to solve these problems, the ancient village of tourism to achieve sustainable development, now the development of ancient villages become an important issue.
Nowadays Personality Times,more and more tourists keen on pursuing characteristic tourism, such as folk tourism , adventure travel , health tourism , Popular Science Tour continue to emerge. If the numerous ancient villages in our country want to have a larger slice of the cake in a large rural tourist market ,they must actively adapt to the times, to develop their characteristic village tourism.
