本科毕业论文 （20_ _届） 镇电公司电子文件管理案例分析 摘 要 信息技术的快速发展和广泛应用，电子文件越来越成为企业实施日常管理的重要工具之一。在政府机关、事业单位和企业中，信息化水平在不断地提高。随着人们对电子文件的认识不断深入，渐渐发现信息资源和资金、技术一样都是企业相当重要的资源。电子文件发展迅速，其管理同时也存在的风险和问题。 本文首先解释了一些包括“电子文件”，“电子文件管理”，“电子文件管理系统”等概念，然后分析了电子文件的特点，并对电子文件管理的存在风险进行了分析，然后以镇电公司的电子文件管理系统作为案例进行分析介绍。最后，为该公司在电子文件管理方面提供了一些意见和措施。 关键字：电子文件管理；真实性；完整性；可靠性  Abstract With the rapid development of information technology and the broad application of information technology, e-records become one of the important tools of industry management more and more. Moreover, not only in the national government and the social organizations, also in the industries, the level of information has been developed higher and higher. As people continue to in-depth understanding of electronic records, people find that Electronic Records is important resources as cash and technologies. Electronic Records Management develops quickly; Electronic Records Management faces risks and problems at the same time. This paper firstly explains some concepts including “Electronic Records”, “Electronic Records Management”, “Electronic Records Management System”, secondly explain the character of electric records and analyze the risk on Electronic Records Management. Then paper explains a example of electronic records management system in Zhenghai power plant and makes a research on it. Lastly, paper provides some suggestions and advices to electronic records management in Zhenghai power plant.
