毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波民营企业创新文化研究 摘要 21世纪，在市场经济中扮演着不可或缺的角色的民营企业要想在这个充满竞争浪潮的社会中立足，就必须要创新，营造一种有利于创新的企业文化。创新已经成为了当今社会竞争的永恒主题。适宜的企业文化是激发和维持企业创新的良好催化剂。因此对于民营企业来说，创新作为知识和文化的象征更为重要，同时文化也在企业成长中的作用日益扩大。所以，研究民营企业创新文化不仅对民营企业稳步成长有着重要的价值，而且对我国国民经济健康运行有着深远的意义和作用。 本文通过实地（宁波裕人企业）的调研，考察在民营企业快速成长过程中有助于企业创新的企业文化要素，总结其企业创新文化建设的经验，为解决我国民营企业及其同行业在企业创新文化建设中遇到的问题提供有益借鉴。 关键词：创新；文化；企业创新文化 Abstract Living in a constant development and change of the 21st century, the private enterprises that plays an indispensable role in a market economy want to have a foothold somewhere in the competitive wave society, they will have to innovation, and create a enterprise culture that good for the innovative. Innovation has become an eternal theme in the current society competition. Appropriate enterprise culture is good at inspiring and maintaining enterprise innovation. Therefore, for private enterprises, innovation is more important as the symbol of knowledge and culture, while culture is more and more important role in the enterprise growth. Therefore, the study of private enterprise innovation culture not only has important value of private enterprises steady growth, and that is of profound significance and role at national economy of our country healthy operation. This paper, through on-the-spot (Ningbo yuren enterprise) research, investigate enterprise culture elements helping enterprise innovation in private enterprises rapidly growing process, sums up its experience of enterprise innovation culture construction, to provide some useful reference for Chinas private enterprise and the same industry solving enterprise innovation culture construction problems.
