毕业论文 （20_ _届） 台州转变外贸发展方式策略研究 摘 要 本文分析了台州阀门对外贸易的成就和存在的问题，认为台州阀门对外贸易的发展速度加快台州阀门对外贸易的产品结构有所优化产品附加值进一步提高台州阀门对外贸易生产成本高出口价格低。本文指出台州阀门目前的对外贸易正处于由粗放型发展向集约型发展转变的发展方式，但主要的还是以粗放型发展为主。 本文主要依据的是国家竞争优势理论。指出了台州阀门在国际竞争中拥有产业集群鲜明和相关与支撑行业多两个优势，存在技术力量薄弱流程管理弱出口退税压力大和土地资源紧缺几个劣势。指出了台州阀门对外贸易发展存在的阀门市场需求加大和产业转型升级加快两个机遇，面临的原材料价格持续上涨工资成本日益增加人民币持续升值全球贸易保护主义加剧等挑战。 本文提出的政策建议的方向是由粗放型发展向集约型发展，通过上述分析，本文提出了建立进出口预警监测机制帮助企业实行市场多元化发展循环经济强化服务意识等几大促进台州对外贸易发展方式转变的政策建议。 关键词：台州；对外贸易；发展方式；转变Abstract This paper analyzed the achievements and problems of foreign trade in Taizhou’s valve industry. Pointed out the developing speed of foreign trade in Taizhou’s valve industry keeps raising; the product structure of foreign trade in Taizhou’s valve industry becomes optimization; value-added products have further improved; production costs of foreign trade in Taizhou’s valve industry are high; export price is low; independent brands are lack; export products are in low-end of industry chain; export market is excessively concentrated. This paper pointed out current developing model of foreign trade in Taizhou’s valve industry is changing from extensive model to intensive model, but the major developing model is still extensive model. This paper also pointed out the necessity for Taizhou’s valve industry to change the developing model of foreign trade: the export model of amount expanding and low price can’t be continued; more and more trade barrier; centralized export markets; resource bottleneck. This paper mainly based on national competitive advantage theory. This paper pointed out that the Taizhou’s valve industry has bright industrial cluster and has lots of related and supporting industries in the international competition, exists weak technical force; weak process management; high pressure of export tax rebates and lack of land resources disadvantage.
