毕业论文 （20_ _届） 绿色贸易壁垒对浙江省水产品出口的影响及对策研究 摘 要 浙江省地处长三角经济地区，近几年来进出口贸易发展迅速，并进入了前所未有的辉煌时期，在中国的年均GDP创造中占有重要地位。可是，随着中国加入WTO带来的贸易自由化以及金融危机下其他国家出于保护本国市场的目的或其他原因，绿色贸易壁垒逐渐成为各国尤其为欧美发达国家保护本国市场的一种手段。这种方式的出现极大的阻碍了浙江省水产品出口在国际市场的准入及发展前景。当然也由于浙江省企业自身存在产品质量指标低、员工素质及管理水平低下、出口对象狭窄及资金等方面的不足，逐步使企业走入了内外交困的地步。在这种状况下，浙江省水产品出口企业只有从自身不足出发，通过科技创新、人才引进和培养以及对产品和产品结构的优化，通过与政府的合作，熟悉了解国际标准和规范，然后针对绿色贸易壁垒制定相应的措施，以期达到绿色贸易壁垒的目的，保持和促进浙江省进出口贸易的发展，努力走向繁荣。 关键词：绿色贸易壁垒；金融危机；出口贸易Abstract Zhejiang Province is located in the Yangtze River Delta economic region. Import and export trade has developed rapidly in recent years and entered an unprecedented golden age. The average annual GDP in Zhejiang Province occupies an important position in China. However, because of trade liberalization and financial crisis in other countries for the purpose of protecting the domestic market or for other reasons, Green trade barriers gradually become a method for countries especially for euramerican developed countries protect domestic market. The emergence of this way Zhejiang province has greatly hindered aquatic product exports in the international market access and development prospects. Of course also because of the low Zhejiang enterprises own existence of products, and the low staff quality and management level, and narrow export markets and the lack of funds and so on, enterprises go into the internal and external recounted point. In this situation, Zhejiang aquatic products export enterprise should overcome their disadvantage in scientific and technological innovation, introduction and training of talents and product structure optimization, cooperating with the government. Zhejiang aquatic products export enterprise should understand the international standards and norms and then draw up some corresponding measures in order to promote the development of import and export trade in Zhejiang province.
