毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波民营企业国际化程度评价分析 摘 要 改革开放以来，宁波民营经济取得了长足的进展，民营经济成为推动宁波经济发展的重要驱动力。宁波民营企业的国际化经营近几年出现了可喜的变化和进步, 但还有较多的障碍要克服,因此，如何提升宁波民营企业的整体竞争力不仅对其自身的发展具有重要意义，而且对提升宁波经济的整体实力亦具有十分重要的意义。 本文通过以广博集团作为案例，对宁波民营企业的国际化程度进行测量分析，并从企业自身和政府的角度提出了相应的可行性措施。宁波的民营企业要走国际化道路，本文认为在企业自身方面不仅要建立并强化国际化的经营理念，还应该加快国际化人才的培养，提高企业的创新能力并加强海外市场的营销管理等等。在政府方面应该善用公共力量，加强舆论宣传，积极引导宁波民营企业建设与国际接轨的管理模式。政府还应该积极建设国际化的城市社会环境，为企业国际化服务。 关键词：Abstract Since reform and opening, Ningbo private economy has made considerable progress, the private economy has be an important driving force for promoting economic development in Ningbo. Ningbo international operations of private enterprises emerged a gratifying change and progress in recent years, but there are more obstacles to overcome, therefore, how to promote Ningbos private enterprise in overall competitiveness not only good for their own development, but has great significance In enhancing the overall strength of the Ningbo economic . In this paper, the broad group as a case study of private enterprises in Ningbo measure of the degree of internationalization, and from the perspective of their own and the government put forward some feasible measures. Ningbo international private enterprise to go the road, this paper argues not only in terms of their own to build and strengthen the international business philosophy, it should speed up the training of internationalized personnel, and improving the innovation ability and strengthening the marketing management and so on overseas markets. The government should make good use of public power, strengthen propaganda, and actively guide the construction of private enterprises in line with international standards of management. The government should also actively building international urban social environment for international business services.
