台州汽摩配企业发展现状及对策研究
摘 要
台州是全国摩托车生产四大板块之一，是国内踏板式摩托车的发源地，产量占国内市场的50%以上，全国各大摩托车生产企业的配件50%来自台州，台州市生产的轿车变速器、橡胶密封件、减震器、电动刮水器、机油冷却器等在国内市场占有较大份额。近年来，市汽车摩托车及配件行业总体情况良好，继续保持着稳定的增长势态

Abstract
Taizhou is one of four country motorcycle production plates and the cradle of the motorcycle pedal. According to accounted, the production occupy 50% of the domestic market, 50% of motorcycle manufacturers are from Taizhou. Taizhou’s Car transmission, rubber seals, shock absorbers, electric wipers, oil coolers and others occupy the large share market in the domestic market. In recent years, the Taizhou’s auto parts industries are in good condition and maintain steady growth.
This paper firstly surveys the development of auto parts industries，then with Michael Porters diamond theory”, from the factors of production, demand conditions, industry structure and competition in the industry and other strategic factors, combined with development of the industry development, uses SWOT analysis, followed by the case study of Wan Xiang, the leading of this industry. Finally it gives suggestions such as attention to the economic integration of resources Development Group, talent building, focus on innovation, and attention to brand building strategy to solve the problem of small scale, low technology, lack of talent so as to enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises.
