Foreign direct investment in the development of private enterprises in our province is a natural choice to a certain stage, due to foreign investment in the province has just started, private foreign investment enterprises will face difficulties should consider various factors, such as: foreign investment and profit value-added level, foreign investment risk, foreign investment and operating costs and investment management ability to control other factors, the research on foreign direct investment is no doubt in guiding the provinces FDI activities of private enterprises of great significance. This paper analyzes the status of private enterprise and foreign investment advantages and problems, such as cumbersome administrative approval system, lack of foreign market information, investment orientation is not high, low value-added products, overseas management mechanism is not perfect and so on. Facing of volatile international markets, the paper proposes the following measures: to reform physical examination and approval system, to lower loan threshold, to open up the market at a low price strategy, to develop high value-added processing and manufacturing, and to improve overseas management mechanism. To private enterprises in Zhejiang provinces foreign investment help achieve the goal of sustainable development.
