毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江中小外贸企业应对人民币汇率升值的对策研究 摘 要 近年来我国的中小企业接触国外企业的机会越来越多，在国际市场上也越来越活跃，成为我国对外贸易中的一支重要力量。在浙江，中小型外贸企业已经成为浙江走向国际市场的主力军。如今人民币汇率升值对出口贸易的影响也日渐显现，浙江中小型外贸企业承受汇率风险的能力将受到严峻的挑战。因此，研究人民币汇率升值与浙江中小外贸企业之间的相互联系，具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。 本文首先介绍汇率的相关概念和我国人民币汇率制度的演变；然后了解浙江中小型外贸企业经营机制灵活、出口产品区域明显、出口规模持续增加、出口主体变化突出、市场分布多元化、出口产品结构单一的发展特点；分析人民币汇率升值给浙江中小型外贸企业带来一定的积极影响，同时暴露出出口增长限制、利润减少和资金周转困难的一些问题，将会制约浙江中小型外贸企业的健康、稳定的发展；最后针对这些问题，从企业本身、政府和行业协会三方面提出如加强汇率风险意识、利用金融衍生工具回避汇率风险、创立自主品牌，实施“走出去”战略、稳步推进人民币汇率形成机制改革、为浙江中小型外贸企业提供一定的服务帮助等一些针对性的对策建议。 关键词：Abstract In recent years, Chinas small and medium-sized enterprises have more and more opportunities to contact overseas enterprises and become more and more active in the international market, became one of the important forces in Chinas foreign trade. In Zhejiang, small and medium-sized foreign enterprises have become the main force to the international market. Exchange rate appreciation on the adverse effects of the export trade has become increasingly now, small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises in Zhejiang’s foreign trade exposed to exchange rate risks will be tough challenges. Therefore, the research on the relationships between the exchange of RMB rate and small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang foreign trade have important theoretical and realistic significance.
