毕业论文 （20_ _届） 后危机时代温州中小外贸企业贸易融资的现状、问题及对策研究 摘 要 自2009年以来，政府先后出台多项举措以应对宏观经济和中小外贸企业发展问题。针对其贸易融资难问题在金融方面从“商业银行信贷额度调增”到“取消对在银行间债券市场交易流通的债券发行规模不低于5亿元的限制条件”，再到“允许有条件的中小银行业适当突破存贷比”，以及在2010年内6次上调银行存款准备金率，影响调整银行存贷款利率。显然，在金融危机下，中小外贸企业贸易融资的困境已引起政府的高度重视。 温州中小企业作为经济的主力军，已经成为城镇经济的主要力量和国民经济的重要支柱中小企业发展的、、、贸易融资渠道不畅等尤其在贸易融资方面，中小企业存在着相当大的问题和困难，导致贸易资金链紧张甚至断裂，致使出现生存危机解决中小企业的贸易融资问题温州中小企业本文从的发展趋势出发，以温州中小企业为研究对象，通过对温州中小企业贸易融资现状的调查分析，指出温州中小企业目前在贸易融资方面存在的问题提出解决中小企业贸易融资的对策。 关键词：Abstract Since 2009, the Government has introduced a number of initiatives to deal with the macroeconomic and the development of export-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises.
