毕业论文 （20_ _届） 绿色壁垒对浙江茶叶出口的影响及对策 摘 要 本文系统地阐述了茶叶出口量增长，结构有所调整，出口价格开始回升和市场有所扩大，跨国经营开始起步的现状。浙江茶叶出口的主要面临茶叶进口国非关税壁垒日益森严；卫生质量意识淡薄，加工条件差；出口茶叶层次低，高附加值产品较少等问题。通过近3-5年的数据分析，得出浙江省茶叶出口企业分别受到了积极和消极两方面的影响。积极影响是提高了浙江省茶叶出口企业的环保意识，推动了浙江省茶叶产业结构的升级，强化了行业的管理体制和为浙江茶叶出口创造新的增长优势。消极影响是影响了浙江茶叶出口竞争力和市场准入。 面对绿色壁垒浙江茶叶出口应采取加大茶叶科技投入，加快出口茶叶生产基地建设；抓好茶园农残管理，加强出口茶叶农残检测；提高生产水平和茶叶品质等相应对策。 关键词：绿色壁垒；茶叶出口；影响；应对策略 Abstract This paper describes the status that the amount of growth in tea export , when the structure has been adjusted, and export prices began to rise and the market has been expanded, and the transnational business started systematically. Zhejiang Tea exports face strict non-tariff barriers of major tea importing countries increasingly; with sanitary quality of consciousness, and poor processing; low level of exporting tea, but not much high value-added products to be manufactured. According to the datas from three to five years, leading to the positive and negative influence on Zhejiang tea export corporation. the positive impact beside Zhejiang tea exports increase the environmental awareness, and promote the upgrading of industrial structure, strengthen the management system and the industry of Zhejiang tea export growth to create new growth advantages. The negative impact is which influence the Zhejiang tea exports of competitiveness and market access. Increase the technology investment should be taken in consideration when facing the green tea exports barriers in Zhejiang tea exports, as long as the accelerating the construction of tea production basement; Grasping the tea pesticide management and pesticide residues; Increasing the production levels and quality of tea is also considerable.
