毕业论文 （20_ _届） 对外直接投资对宁波自主创新能力影响研究 摘 要 世界经济的迅速发展和中国加入WTO后,我国企业面临着新的机遇和挑战。实施“走出去”战略是党中央在深刻分析了国际国内政治经济形势的基础上做出的重大决策，是关系我国发展全局和前途的重大战略。在整个世界里为了赶上世界著名跨国企业,宁波的企业必须“走出去”并参与到国际竞争中才能立于不败之地。在逆向型对外直接投资的过程中，宁波的企业必须多注意的经济技术创新。在今天的经济中，自主创新是企业的核心竞争力。技术转移和扩散的基本特征之一的跨国公司企业并购过程的重要来源,也是合并协同效应,但是这一过程的深入影响转换技术资源的特点及文化差异、冲突的策略。经过20年的发展,宁波的外国直接投资企业的向外已取得了一定的进展,但是仍然有许多问题需要解决的技术创新过程中存在的问题。 关键词：Abstract With the rapid development of world economy and China’s entry into WTO, our enterprises face new opportunities and challenges. Implementing the go global strategy are major decisions that analyzed in profound central committee of international based on domestic political and economic situation made in China, that is the relationship between overall development and prospect of graveness strategy.In order to catch up with the famous multinational companies in the whole world, our enterprises must go out of the nation and take part in the international competition. In the course of ‘outwards foreign direct investment, Ningbos, enterprises must pay an attention to technical innovation. In today’s economy, the advantage of technical innovation is the core competitive ability for enterprises. Technology transference and spread is one of basic characteristics of the process of transnational corporate M As, also important source of merger synergy effects, but the process of transference is deeply affected by technology resources’ characteristics and culture difference, conflict of strategy. After 20 years’ development, Ningbos enterprises’ outwards foreign direct investment has made progress, but there are still many problems to solve in the course of technical innovation.
