毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江与上海服务贸易竞争力比较研究 摘 要 当今国际产业的重心开始由制造业转向服务业。服务贸易在各国经济发展中的作用日益重要。总体上看，浙江省服务贸易国际竞争力较弱，而上海依托产业优势、区位优势、功能优势和服务业对外开放先行先试的政策优势，大力发展国际服务贸易，已成为中国国际服务贸易发展速度最快、规模最大的地区。这对浙江服务贸易的发展有很好的借鉴作用。 本文首先对服务贸易相关理论进行梳理，对浙江与上海服务贸易发展现状如总量、增长速度进行了分析：从总量上来说，上海服务贸易总量远远高于浙江；从增长速度上来说，浙江发展比较快，但是发展不够稳定。接着分部门了解浙江和上海服务贸易的发展情况，最后通过各指数比较，深入研究提升浙江服务贸易竞争力所面临的机遇和挑战。从浙江经济发展趋势来看，加快发展国际服务贸易的时机已经成熟，但是浙江出口结构不甚合理，科技含量和附加值不高，缺少拓展国际服务市场的知识型、战略型产业。浙江应借鉴上海的开放思想，更新观念，把发展服务贸易作为转变外贸增长方式，提升经济国际化水平的重要内容；突出重点，扩大开放，发挥优势，优化结构，提高浙江服务贸易的竞争力。Nowadays the international industry’s center of gravity starts changing from the manufacturing industry to service industry.
