毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江民营企业跨国并购存在的风险及对策研究 摘 要 随着经济全球化的不断发展，浙江省民营企业的综合实力已经有了很大的提高，为“走出国门，走向世界打下了良好的基础。近年来，浙江省民营企业的跨国并购活动逐渐增加。但是浙江省民营企业的跨国并购相对发达国家来说还属于起步阶段。企业的规模，并购经验与国外企业相比仍然存在较大的差距。浙江省民营企业在跨国经营中会有更多的发展机遇，但面临的环境将更复杂，竞争更趋激烈。民营企业是浙江省经济发展的主力军。由于金融危机的蔓延，使发达国家的金融系统严重受损，国际能源资源价格大幅下跌，能源矿产企业处境艰难，这些资金链断裂的企业，急需外来的投资和救助。当前来看，对于浙江民营企业在境外开展投资和收购，绕开贸易壁垒，获取战略资源，取得先进技术，以及开拓海外市场，是一个比较好的机遇。希望浙江省民营企业抓住这次机遇，合理的采取跨国并购，扩大企业规模，借助跨国并购迅速增强实力，走向国际市场，并在国际市场上与外国公司展开激烈的竞争。因此浙江省民营企业跨国并购的发展对于浙江省经济的发展具有重要的意义。 关键词：；；Abstract As economic globalization continues to develop, the overall strength of private enterprises in Zhejiang Province has been greatly improved, as out of the country, to the world has laid a good foundation.
