毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波现代服务业国际竞争力研究 摘 要 在全球，现代服务业正成为国家经济增长的重要标志，是现代经济持续快速发展的主要源动力。现代服务业已经成为宁波市国民经济发展的支柱产业和主导力量。然而，由于自身存在的现代服务业人才缺乏，城市基础设施不完善和现代服务业内部结构调整慢等一系列问题，使得宁波现代服务业国际竞争力和大城市相比存在一定差距。 本论文在借助前人研究成果的基础上，运用迈克尔·波特的国家竞争优势理论模型一“钻石模型”，具体分析了影响宁波市现代服务业发展的几个因素，生产要素、企业战略、相关产业支持、需求状况、政府作用及机遇六个方面,对宁波市现代服务业的国际竞争力进行了解释，从而发现宁波市发展现代服务业的优势与劣势。最后结合宁波现代服务业具体的发展状况，提出提升宁波现代服务业对现代服务业专业人才的培养和内部结构的调整的发展战略。 关键词：现代服务业；国际竞争力；钻石模型  Abstract In the world, modern service industry becoming the important engine of the national economic growth, is a main impetus that makes the economy keep on developing quickly. The modern service industry has been the Pillar industry and predominant strength for the development of national economy of Ningbo. However, due to all kinds of problems existing in modern service industry of Ningbo, Modern services personnel lacking, Urban infrastructure imperfect and Modern service industry internal structure adjustment slowly and so on. its development still greatly left behind compared with that in other well-known modernization cities. The present paper in draws support from the predecessor research results in the foundation, using The Michael Porter country competitive advantage theoretical model--the diamond model, has specifically analyzed several influence factors of Ningbo modern service industry development , for example: The element of production, the enterprise strategy, the correlation industry support, the demand condition, the government function and the opportunity, have carried on the explanation to the international competitive power of modern service industry in Ningbo, thus discovers the superiority and infefiority of Ningbo in development modem service industry. Finally combining the specific situation of Ningbo modern service development, proposes promotion of Ningbo modern service industry strategy, including of developing of modern service industry professional talents and internal structure adjustment.
