浙江与福建茶叶国际竞争力比较分析
摘 要
目前,全世界有60个国家种茶,其中有30个国家能稳定地输出茶叶,而进口茶叶的国家遍及五大洲150多个国家和地区,茶已经成为了世界性饮料.当前世界茶叶市场有三大特点:产品供过于求、成本上升、卖价下跌。面对竞争日益激烈、而且交易价格普遍走低的茶叶市场,浙江作为中国的产茶大省应如何进一步发挥自身的竞争力呢?
本文利用综合比较优势指数法、贸易竞争指数法、显示性比较优势法,并结合国际市场占有率指数,从国际竞争力和国内竞争力2个层面对浙江茶叶与福建等中国其他茶叶主产省份进行对比分析。结论是:浙江茶叶国内和国际比较优势较为明显,具有较强的竞争力,但竞争力不稳定。在实证分析的基础上,总结了制约浙江省茶叶竞争力提升的各种因素,并提出了相应的对策:①提高茶叶的质量和安全水平,积极应对国外技术贸易壁垒;②提高茶叶产业化经营水平;③打破品牌的地域限制,实施区域性名牌战略;④积极开展有组织的劳务输入,降低茶叶生产的人工成本。

Abstract
At present, the world has 60 countries kinds of tea, including 30 countries can steadily output tea, while imports tea countries throughout the five continents more than 150 countries and regions, tea has become a global drinks. Current world tea markets have three characteristics: product supply exceeds demand, rising costs, sale price decline. Facing the increasingly fierce competition and market price generally lower tea market, as Chinas zhejiang province tea-producing how should further exert its competitive?
Based on comprehensive comparative advantage index method, trade competitiveness index method, revealed comparative advantage, and the method of combining the international market share index, from international competitiveness and domestic competition two levels of zhejiang tea and fujian provinces such as other Chinese tea keissler are compared and analyzed. The conclusion is: zhejiang tea domestic and international comparative advantage is obvious, with strong competitiveness, but competitive instability. On the basis of empirical analysis, this paper summarizes the restriction of zhejiang tea competitiveness of various factors, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward: (1) improve the teaquality and safety level, actively respond to foreign technical barriers to trade, (2) improve the tea industrialization management level, (3) break brand of regional limits and implementation of regional brand strategy, (4) develop organized labor input, reduce the production of tea of artifi
