摘要　　本次毕业设计是我们在校学习实践的最后一个环节是各个教学环节的继续、深化和扩展是锻炼学生分析问题解决问题综合能力提高的重要阶段此次毕业设计的主要任务是洛阳东鹏置业有限公司鹏祥小区施工图预算及工程量清单的编制　　本工程为洛阳东鹏置业有限公司鹏祥小区该工程位于洛阳道北二路与经三路交叉口东侧地上一层为公共服务用房有局部住宅、二~六层为住宅建筑基底面积为1004.75平方米公共服务用房为866.82平方米总建筑面积为5790.3平方米结构形式为底框结构设计使用年限为50年建筑高度18.70m抗震设防烈度为七度耐火等级为二级项目设计规模等级为小型星面防水等级为二级通过老师的指导和对教材和有关参考资料的学习使我掌握了建设工程施工图预算的编制及投标报价、技术经济分析和工程量清单计价的基本方法并学会使用广联达软件　　按照毕业设计任务书要求我运用所学专业知识独立完成资料的收集整理工程量的计算定额和清单的套项掌握了施工图预算书的内容和编制过程此次毕业设计锻炼了我们的创新思维和动手能力提高了我们应用专业知识解决实际问题的能力对今后的工作学习都具有十分重要的作用和意义 关键词：施工图预算 清单计价 消耗量定额 　　Abstract　　The graduation project is the study and practice in school the last link is the various aspects of teaching continue to deepen and expand is to exercise students to analyze and solve problems improve the comprehensive ability of an important stage the main task of graduation Peng Xiang Luoyang area Dongpeng Properties Limited Construction Budget and the preparation of bill of quantities. 　　This project is Dongpeng Properties Limited Peng Xiang Luoyang area the project is located in Luoyang Road North Road and the east by the three-way intersection on the ground floor there is space for the local residential public services two to six for residential construction basal area of ??1004.75 square meters public service buildings to 866.82 m2 total construction area of ??5790.3 square meters.
