摘 要 电源插头的注射模具设计。分析塑件工艺性。塑件工艺分析主要从以下几个方面进行，塑件使用性能、制件技术要求和生产要求、塑件尺寸精度分析、塑件表面质量分析、塑件的结构工艺性分析、品种结构特点。再是对注塑机的选择，包括注射机的初选和注射机有关参数的校核，最后确定注射机。通过以上分析后在对注射模的结构进行设计：分型面的选择和确定、型腔数目的确定及型腔的排列、浇注系统的设计、成型零件结构设计、抽芯机构设计、推出机构的选择、排气结构设计、冷却系统的设计、标准模架的选择。再就对成型零件尺寸进行计算，确定工艺参数。 利用Slidworks三维实体设计软件进行产品的总体设计，并运用Cosmosxpress分析向导检验制件结构的合理性，以及注射模具结社设计的可行性。并由三位图直接生成二维图。利用计算机技术，辅助设计产品及绘图，具有精度高，效率高的特点。综合计算机软件和设计人员的创造性，提高设计质量，加速产品的设计。 关键词：塑料模具 工艺性分析 注塑机 注射模的结构 ABSTRACT Appearance shell moulds piece of plastic mould design.
