· 2390 · M0DERN0NC0I』0GY．Dec．2010．V0I．18．N0．12 I放射性粒子植入联合三维适形放疗治疗局部非小细胞肺癌的疗效 马俊刚，王 阁，倪蓉晖，杨镇洲，余 娴 ，任育江 Efficacyof Iradioactiveseedimplantationcombinedwiththree—dimensionalconfor— malradiationtherapyforlocalizednon—smallcelllungcancer ’ MAJun—gang，WANGGe，NIRong—hui，YANGZhen—zhou，YUXian，RENYu—jiang CancerCe~er，InstituteofSurgeryResearch，DapingHospital，ThirdMinitaryMedwalUniversily，Chongqing400042，China． A【bstract】 Objective：Toexploretheradiationdose，safetyandprimaryefficacyof Iradioactiveseedsimp|anta— tionandthree—dimensionalconformalradiationtherapyfornon—smallcelllungcancer．Methods：All16patients withpathologicallyconfirmednon—smallcelllungcancer(allcaseswereperipheral，9casesadenocarcinoma，7cases squamouscellcracinoma)wereacceptedtheexternalexposure(8MVX—raythree—dimensionalconfomralradiation therapy)treatment，60—66Gy／(30—33)times．After1—2months，allpatientswerereexaminedbychestCT，ob— servingthetumorregression，andtostartusing I．Be~rehtetrentment，withthree—dimensionalstereotactic I seedimplantationradiationtreatmentplanningsystem(TPS)todesigntreatmentplans，andcalculatedthenumberof particlesof Iandthedistributionmethodofsource。WiththeguidelineofCT．percutaneousimplantationof Ipar- ticles，hteradiationdosewas90—120Gy．Afterapplication，verifiedthedosewithTPSagain．Results：Afterimplanta— tion，allpatientswereexaminedbychestCTevery3monhts，lungtumordisappearedcompletelyin4patients，12cases partlydisappearaed．Long—term survivalwasinthefollow—up．Only2casesoccurredsmallamountpneumothorax，4 patientsdevelopedbloodysputum 。andafter1—2dayshtesymptom disappeared．Conclusion：Themethodof Iim- plantationcombinedwithhtree—-dimensionalconformalradiationtherapyofrnon——smallcelllungcancerisaneffec-- tiveway，andtheincidenceofradiationinjuryofthelungwaslow． K【eywords】non—smallcelllungcancer；Iseedimplanatation；threedi
