第 4 期 评 　价 　与 　管 　理 Vol . 12 No . 4 2009 年 12 月 Evaluation Management Dec . 2009 农业科研机构科技产出绩效评价及其影响因素分析 申红芳 　廖西元 　胡慧英 ( 中国水稻研究所 ,浙江 杭州 　3 10006) 【摘 　要】本文在对农业科研机构产出绩效的指标进行选择和合成的基础上 ,分析各单项产出及产出绩效的分布特 征 ,并采用多元回归模型对农业科研机构产出绩效的影响因素进行实证分析 。结果显示 :农业科研机构的产出受 科研投入规模及结构的影响 ,人才是科技发展的第一资源 ; 区域经济环境对科研产出具有显著影响 ,且距离生产越 远 ,所受到区域经济环境的影响越小 ;科研产出与农业生产仍存在脱节 。最后提出相应的对策建议 。 【关键词】农业科研机构 ;产出绩效 ;影响因素 【中图分类号】G644 . 6/ F204 Empirical Analysis of the Infl uencing Factors on Output Perf ormance of Agricultural Scientif ic Research Institution SH EN Hongfang ,L IA O Xiyuan , HU Huiying 【Abstract 】Thi s article t akes t he p ap er , S T awar d , p at ent , and ext raearnings a s t he indicator s of outp ut p erformance of agricult ural scientific research in stit ution and finds t he di st ribution charact er s of t hem .
