摘要 社区体育是群众体育事业的重要组成部分，是全面贯彻执行《全民健身计划 纲要》的重要内容，是实现体育与国民经济和社会事业协调发展、提高国民综合 素质、增进人民健康、促进社区和谐稳定、丰富社区体育活动内容、壮大社区体 育人口等方面的重要途径，因此各级政府必须高度重视社区体育开展工作。 社区体育的开展过程中，社区居民对枯燥无味的体育项目往往没有什么兴 趣，同时对那些对抗激烈的体育项目又会感到力不从心，他们喜欢的是既适合自 身参与的、同时又充满乐趣可以满足自身需求的体育项目，所以为了促进社区体 育的开展，选择好的体育项目就显得格外重要。显然三人制篮球运动满足上述要 求。 本论文以景德镇地区社区三人制篮球运动的开展现状为研究对象，通过采用 文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法以及实地考察等方法，发现虽然现阶段该地区 三人制篮球运动的开展已初具规模，但由于诸多原因的影响，使得该地区三人制 篮球运动的开展始终没有达到预想的结果。这些原因包括社区体育管理体制的不 足、社区场地设施的缺乏以及社区体育指导员指导员的缺乏等方面。 针对不足，通过认真的研究以及借鉴其他地方的一些经验，制定出了如下几 点对策，希望能够有助于三人制篮球运动在景德镇地区的开展普及。 1.完善社区体育管理，使社区三人制篮球运动开展正规化 2.完善该地区社区体育指导员制度 3.多组织社区性三人制篮球运动活动 4.改善场地设施状况 5.增强社区居民的体育素养 6.充分发挥景德镇地区陶瓷文化积极作用 关键词：社区体育、三人制篮球运动、开展现状、对策研究 IV ABSTRACT The community sports is an important part of mass sports, is comprehensively implement the important content of outline of the nationwide body-building plan, is the realization of sports and the national economy and the coordinated development of social undertakings, to improve the national quality, promoting the peoples health, promote community harmony and stability, enriching the content of sports in community, and important way of community sports population, so the government at all levels should attach great importance to the community sports work.
