This study using scientific methods, to plan to conduct comprehensively and regular research in the market demand, the construction condition, the plan design, the technical specification, the economic indicator, the marketing plan, the risk assessment and so on. Finally have the possibility of the conclusions for the project, may provide the basis for the developer investment decision.
