《阿拉伯世界研究》2006 年第 1期（总第 102 期） 文章编号：1004－5104 （2006）01－0055－06 中图分类号：G371 文献标识码：A 中阿教育合作的现状与未来 ——从中埃教育合作谈起 王 有 勇 内容提要 对于包括中国和阿拉伯国家在内的发展中国家来说，教育国际化犹如一把 “双刃剑”，既为之带来 难得的机遇，又使之面临严峻的挑战。因此，中阿双方应积极参与教育国际化，构筑中阿教育合作的平台，使各 自的民族教育以高起点和高速度融入国际教育主流，缩小与发达国家在教育领域的差距。事实上，由于双方多年 来的共同努力，中阿教育合作已呈现出合作规模不断扩大、合作领域逐渐拓宽、合作层次日益提高的趋势。鉴于 埃及是与中国开展教育合作起步最早、成绩最为显著的阿拉伯国家，本文在简要回顾中埃教育合作现状和分析中 阿教育合作有利因素的基础上，对中阿双方如何进一步加强教育合作提出几点具体建议。 关 键 词 中国；阿拉伯；教育；合作 作者简介 王有勇，博士，上海外国语大学东方语学院教授（上海 200083）。 Abstract Internationalization of education is a double-edged sword to the developing countries including China and Arab countries, and it provides them with valuable opportunities, and makes them face severe challenges. From this point of view, both of China and Arab countries should actively participate in the internationalization of education to build a platform of Sino-Arabic education cooperation, and merge their national educations into the international education at a high level and a fast speed, and narrow the education gaps with the developed countries. In fact, as a result of the bilateral common efforts during the past years, Sino-Arabic education cooperation has witnessed continual enlargement in the scales, and gradual widening in the fields, and increasing improvement at levels. Since Egypt is the first Arab country to begin education cooperation with China and get remarkable achievements in this field, this essay will put forward several constructive recommendations to enhance Sino-Arabic education cooperation on the basis of a brief review of the current Sino-Egyptian education cooperation and analytical study of the favorable factors in Sino-Arab education cooperation.
