員工-組織價值觀契合度與工作滿足之關聯性研究—一個企業能否在瞬息多變的產業環境中順利進行變革,「員工」的角色是相當重要的,員工與組織的價值觀是否一致,將是影響組織能否順利成長的重要關鍵。本研究欲從員工組織契合角度來,個人屬性、員工組織之觀念契合度、工作滿足之。採個案分析法,以北部某區醫院的全體員工為研究。研究工具採用結構式問卷,內容包括「組織文化價值觀量表」、「工作滿足量表」及「員工個人屬性」部份。共發出594份問卷,回收有效361份,有效回收率達64%。。醫院組織文化價值觀量表之實際重視程度員工預期「員工對工作內容感到滿意,覺得在本院工作愉快」、「本院儘量留住員工,讓員工不會想輕言離職」「本院能依院內專業人員所提建議作改善」組織文化之工作滿足員工組織契合。關鍵字:個人屬性、員工組織價值觀契合度、組織文化、工作滿足The Relations between person - organization fit and job satisfaction— A case study of a regional teaching hospital Hung Li-Chen1、Lin Shu-Ping2 1 Department of Healthcare Management Yuanpei University of Science and Technology 2 Department of Technology Management Chung hua University Abstract This study aimed to explore, from the perspective of person-organization fit, the difference between personal and organizational value, and also to explore the relations among personal attributes, person-organization fit and job satisfaction in a hospital. The study adopted the case study method, using all hospital employees as the subject. A structural questionnaire was designed for evaluating five areas, based on the Likert Scale. The questionnaire includes three parts: measurement on the organization’s cultural value, measurement on job satisfaction, and employees’ personal attribute. The main results are: 1. The three aspects with poorer person-organization fit are “employees feel satisfied with the job and happy working in the hospital”, “the hospital is doing its best to keep its employee from quitting”, and “the hospital is able to make improvements based on the suggestions of its professional staff.” This result shows that the hospital does not attach enough importance, less than its employees expected, to the above three aspects .2. “Education level” and “occupational title” are significant predicting factors for “variance of organization’s cultural value.” They can also explain 7% of the total variance measurement. 3. “Occupational title” and “variance of organization’s cultural value” are significant pred
