摘要: 用 EDA X 和 SEM 研究了熔渣成分和显微组织对气保护不锈钢药芯脱渣性的影响, 结果表明, 熔渣中金红石与
石英的比例对熔渣的微观组织结构有较大影响。当 约为 60, 脱渣性最好。当 在 16～ 32 区间

变化时, 脱渣性最差。同时确定了 渣系的气保护不锈药芯焊丝的最佳脱渣区。
