EAbstract3 Objective Tocomparethediagnosticvalueandimagingqualitybetween Tc一HL91and Tc一MIBItumor
positiveimagingaboutpulmonaryneoplasm．Methods Total50patientswithpulmonaryneoplasmsexaminedbyspiralCT
wereselected．Allpatientswereverifiedbybiopsyorsurgery，anddividedintobenignandmalignantgroup．Earlyandlate
phaseplanarandtomographyimagingweredonein allpatientsusing Tc 一HL91and Tc 一M IBI．Thevisualization and
halfquantitativemethodswereusedtoanalyzeallimaging．Results ThesensitivityandspecificityofHL91imagingwere
97．3 and69．23 ，respectively，and83．78 and76．92％ofMIBI．Thepositivityratesoflymphglandoflunghilusand
mediastinalwere91．30％ofHL91and73．91 ofMIBI．TheAUC ofHL91tomographyimagingwas0．953±0．034，a—
bout10 higherthanMIBI．A threshold(T／N一1．76)wasgainedfromROCcurveofHL914htomographyphaseandwas
usedtodistinguishthecharacterofpulmonaryneoplasm，with sensitivityand thespecificityof100 and84．62 ，respec
tively．Using1．66asthethresholdofM IBIimage，thesensitivityandthespecificitywere86．49 and 76．92 ，78．38
and84．62 respectively ifthethresholdofMIBIimagewas1．85．Conclusion Thediagnosiscapabilityandtheimaging
qualityof Tc一HL91aresuperiortothatof Tc 一M IBI．
