中国科技论文在线 动车组MR-139 型接地电阻阻抗特性研究# 闻映红，张金宝，陈嵩* （北京交通大学电磁兼容实验室,北京,100044 ） 5 摘要：动车组采用的MR-139 型接地电阻在常温直流下为0.5 欧姆纯阻型器件，能够保障动 车组的良好接地。但是，在列车升降弓、主断路器动作等情况下，会产生高频高电压信号， 对动车组车体形成电磁骚扰。电磁兼容理论指出良好的接地是保障电气电子系统电磁兼容性 的关键。因此，本文针对MR-139 型接地电阻的高频特性展开研究，讨论了由于电阻器机械 10 结构所引入的高频寄生参数，建立了该元件的高频等效电路模型，并简化出适合设计过程中 预测计算的简化模型。进一步设计了操作简单的测量方法，能够实现在现场进行在线测试来 接地电阻的动态特性。 关键词：动车组；接地电阻；MR-139 中图分类号：U279.5 15 Researches on Impedance Characteristics of EMU MR-139 Earthing Resistor WEN Yinghong, ZHANG Jinbao, CHEN Song (Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratray, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, 100044) 20 Abstract: Earthing resistor of MR-139 type used in EMU is of 0.5 ohms at room temperature under DC resistance. It can guarantee the good grounding. However, in the train lifting arch, main breaker action under such circumstances will produce a high frequency voltage signal, the formation of electromagnetic disturbance on emus. Electromagnetic compatibility theory suggests that good grounding is the key to protect the electromagnetic compatibility of electrical and 25 electronic system. Therefore, this paper researches high frequency characteristic of earthing impedance on basis of MR-139; in the view of high-frequency parasitic parameters introduced by resistor mechanical structure, the high frequency equivalent circuit model of the element is built, and simplification of prediction for the design process is proposed. Further measurement method has a simple design, can realize the dynamic characteristics of the online test in the field to 30 earthing impedance. Key words: EMU
