Themethod computes the index weight according to the index attribute value states based on the rough set theory and interval separate degree in order. The adjust operator is introduced to adjust the mi portance degree for objective factors and subjective fac tors. The algorithm ic steps of different states are given and a search and detection example is given to show the application of them ethod.
