2013-11-19 主任加工版 PDCA循环管理在肿瘤患者PICC置管及维护中的应用 王秀华，余 琨，苏严严，徐 键 （成都大学附属医院，四川 成都 610081） [摘要]目的：探讨PDCA循环管理在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）置管及维护中的应用及效果。方法：对3名静脉治疗专科护士及8名肿瘤科责任护士为40例肿瘤接受化疗患者进行PICC置管及维护实施PDCA管理，比较实施PDCA管理前后护士理论知识及操作技能的掌握情况、肿瘤患者接受PICC置管率、PICC导管留置期间并发症的情况。结果：实施PDCA前后护士理论知识及操作技能掌握情况比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05），肿瘤患者接受PICC置管率由实施管理前的4.8%提高到13.9%，PICC置管患者并发症发生率由原来的33.3%降低到3.6%。结论：PDCA循环管理可以提高肿瘤专科护士的理论知识水平及操作技能；PDCA循环管理应用于PICC置管及维护中能提高化疗患者置管率，降低置管及带管期间的并发症。 [关键词]PDCA循环；PICC；护理管理 Application of PDCA cycle management in cancer patients with Maintenance of PICC catheter WANG Xiu-hua,YU Kun,SU Yan-yan,XU Jian (Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University, Chengdu, Sichuan 610081china) [Abstract] Objective: To explore the application of PDCA cycle management in cancer patients with Maintenance of PICC catheter (peripherally inserted central venous catheter). Methods: 3 intravenous therapy specialist and 8 oncology nurses took PDCA management on maintenance of PICC catheter in 40 cases of tumor patients with chemotherapy. Compared to theoretical knowledge and operational skills in the nurses before and after the implementation of PDCA management,and rate of cancer patients receiving PICC catheter; and PICC catheter complications. Results: There was significant difference (P 0.05) between before and after the PDCA implementation in theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the nurses. Cancer patients received PICC catheter had increased from 4.8% to 13.9%, PICC catheter complications from 33.3% to 3.6%. Conclusion: PDCA cycle management can improve theoretical knowledge and operational skills of oncology specialist nurses. What PDCA cycle management and maintenance of PICC catheter are used in patients with chemotherapy can improve the usage rate of catheter, and reduce catheter complications.
