摘 要 物流业是融合运输、仓储、货运代理和信息等行业的服务产业，涉及领域广，吸纳就业人数多，促进生产、拉动消费作用大。但是我国物流业总体水平落后，严重制约国民经济效益的提高。必须加快发展现代物流，建立现代物流服务体系，以物流服务促进其他产业发展。 东北地区物流产业的发展尚处于起步阶段，资源利用效率不高，物流成本居高不下，多数物流企业网点密度小，服务功能单一，物流业总体规模小，并呈明显的行业性、区域性特点，本土专业物流公司少，企业竞争力弱，其大物流体系已现雏形。 文章提出，制约东北地区物流产业发展的原因主要在于观念、制度、人才和环境等方为促进东北地区物流产业发展，应鼓励第三方物流企业进行兼并、重组、联合与技术升级，完善网络，做大做强；发挥高校、科研院所、行业协会在人才培养、物流技术改进等方面的重要作用；支持行业领先企业拓展业务范围，发展增值服务；加强基础建设制定行业发展规划和行业标准。 关键词 物流产业，东北地区，区域化物流 Abstract The logistics industry is shirt-sleeve, transportation, warehousing, freight forwarders and information service industry sectors such as complex, involving the field wide, absorbing, promoting employment, boosting consumption function production. But our logistics industry overall level backward, severely restricts national economic performance improvement. Must speed up the development of modern logistics, establishing modern logistics service system, logistics service promote other industry development. This paper argues that, in the northeast region logistics industry development infancy, efficiency of using resources is not high, the logistics cost remains high, most logistics enterprise network density is small, the service function of a single, small scale, and logistics industry overall are markedly an industry-wide or area-wide characteristics, local professional logistics companies less, enterprise competitiveness is weak, but its large logistics system has now prototypes.
