Ventrofix在胸腰椎前路手术中的临床应用 马泽民， 吕国华， 王冰， 陈飞， 刘伟东 （湘雅二医院脊柱外科，长沙410011） [摘要] 目的： 探讨Ventrofix内固定系统在外科治疗胸腰椎疾患的应用价值。方法： 对29例胸腰椎疾患进行前路伤病椎切除、椎管减压、椎体间植骨及Ventrofix内固定。结果： 术后随访3~15月，经影像学观察及Frankel分级评定脊髓功能，29例胸腰椎术后均获得良好的固定，无内固定松动、断裂或损伤脊髓神经；全部病例植骨呈骨性融合，脊髓功能改善率为63%。无肿瘤、结核复发；术后出现1例肺不张，1例胸膜炎，1例胸痛和1例失血性休克。结论： 胸腰椎疾患前路手术治疗中一期重建脊柱稳定性具有重要意义。Ventrofix具有良好的生物相容性和生物力学稳定性，是目前胸腰椎前路手术中良好的内固定系统。 [关键词] Ventrofix ； 胸腰椎 ； 前路手术； 内固定 [中图分类号] R687.32 Clinical value in the treatment of thoracolumbar spine disorders by Ventrofix system MA Ze-min, L? (Department of Spinal Surgery, Second Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, Changsha 410011,China) Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of Ventrofix system in the treatment of thoracolumbar spine disorders. Methods Twenty-nine cases of thoracolumbar spine disorders were treated by anterior verterbrae body incision , canal decompression , bone graft by iliac or titanium cage , and fixation with Ventrofix system. Results All operation were finished successfully. Complications included : one case low blood volume shock during the operation, one case of atelectasis , one case of pleuritis , one case of trasient chest pain , All patients were followed-up 3~15 months. All patients got a good bone fusion, without failure fixation and the function of spinal cord got improvement in a certain degree, there was no recurrence in the patients with tumor and tuberculosis. Conclusion the anterior focal cleaning and instrumentation is important in treating thoracolumbar spine disorders. Ventrofix system is a excellent anterior internal implant system for thoracolumbar spinal disorder ,with good biomechernical stability and biosuitbility. Key words: Ventrofix; thoracolumbar spine; anterior operation ; fixation 对胸腰椎爆裂骨折、椎体肿瘤、结核等疾患的外科治疗，许多学者[1~5]认为后路手术虽能发挥一定的作用，但往往治疗不彻底，椎体病灶难以彻底清除，脊髓前方压迫得不到有效解除，而经前路手术在直视下清除病灶、脊髓减压，并同时采用内固定技术重建脊柱稳定则有一定的意义。我科曾应用椎体间钉、Ka
