（20_ _届） 本科毕业设计 基于PLC控制系统的水厂过滤管理软件设计 摘 要 供水是一个关系国计民生的重要产业。随着社会的发展，人民生活水平的提高，城市供水系统的要求变高，尤其是对工厂的供水系统。不仅要满足管网压力的需要、保证充足供水，还要求水质明显提高。滤池是水厂处理净水构筑物的最后一道工序，滤池工作的好坏直接影响到水厂的水质。滤池反冲洗工艺复杂，如果仍然沿用人工方式，这样劳动强度大，工作效率低，安全性难以保障，为此必须进行滤池自动化系统的改造。 本文从水厂滤池自动控制系统的控制要求和工艺特点出发，设计出了一套基于iFix组态软件和VB语言实现水厂滤池过滤自控过程中的管理软件设计。它广泛适用于我国中、小型城市的供水管理。包括管网基础资料管理系统、供水系统的运行模拟系统和供水图形信息系统，在文中也介绍了该系统的功能和相关技术。 关键词： 水厂滤池，iFix组态，VB，数据库 Abstract Water supply is an important industry in the peoples livelihood. With the development of society, peoples living standards improved，the requirements of urban water supply system becomes higher, especially for factory water supply systems. Pressure not only to meet the needs of the Pipeline network pressure、ensure the adequate water supply, also requires water quality has improved significantly. Filter is the final steps of the factory treatment water structure ，Filter do a direct impact on the work of the water quality of factory. Filter Backwash process complex，If you still follow the manual mode，the Labor-intensive, the work efficiency is low, security is difficult to protect, so the automation system must be modified into the filter. This article start from control requirements and process characteristics of the Water filter automatic control system，designed a management software based on IFIX configuration software and VB language to achieve water factory automation filter filtration process. It is widely used in China medium 、small urban water management. Including the pipe network basic data management systems、operation simulation system of water supply system and graphical information system of water supply, also introduced the function of the system and related technologies in the text.
