黑 龙 江 大 学 本 科 生 学 年 论 文 论文题目： 集团公司财务管理模式研究 学 院： 经济与工商管理学院 年 级： 2010级 专 业： 会计学 姓 名： 邹可义 学 号： 指导教师： 龙云飞 2013年 11月16日摘要 随着现代企业制度的建立以及一些通过资产重组、行业联合、跨行业兼并形成的大型集团公司的出现，对集团公司的财务管理模式提出了新的要求。为了加快集团公司的发展，实现集团公司的科学化，必须结合具体的国情以及集团公司的运营环境，建立科学的集团公司财务管理模式。 本文描述了集团公司财务管理模式的总体思路和理论结构。通过对集团公司内涵和特征的把握，引申出集团公司财务管理模式的三种类型，并对这三种类型分别进行了系统地阐述。结合三种财务管理模式的优缺点，作出恰当的利弊分析。最终由以上的比较分析提出我国现代集团公司财务管理模式应实行集成化财务管理模式的观点，并着重分析它的推行动因及在中国石油化工集团中成功的实际应用。 关键词 集团公司；财务管理模式；集成化 Abstract The establishing of the modern corporation system and the appearance of the big group corporation, which is organized by assets reorganization , trade associations, industry mergers, raise a new requirement to the financial management mode in group corporation. To improve the development of the group company and realize the scientification of the group corporation, they must establish the scientific group company financial management combining the concrete situation and the differences company running environment. This paper expresses the whole devise and theoretical structure of researching group corporations and financial management modes. Through the emphasis of the firm’s connation and features, we conclude three types of financial management modes, defining the three respectively. With the advantages and disadvantages of the modes, compare and analyze them accordingly. To sum up, deliberating analysis above, it should be proposed that our countries’ modern group companies are ought to form the opinin of integrating financial management mode and analyze practicing motivation with the practical utility in China Petrochemical Corporation.
