They are almost the outstanding companies of an area. The listed companies play an important role in the regional economic development. Based on the view of region, we take on the listed companys total amount profit as explained variable, the stockholders rights structure as the explanation variable to inspect the influence of stockholders rights structure to the company achievement from the angle of Grey System Theory. We choose 307 listed companies as a sample, which chosen from six provinces included Hebei, Jilin, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Xinjiang and Gansu. And then we carry on an empirical analysis to express the relationship between the listed companys total amount profit and the stockholders rights structure. Through crosswise comparison of six provinces, it is not to hard to see the stockholders didn’t share equal rights .The clearly result is that the listed companys performance of Hebei Province was restricted .The research indicated that, the factors remarkable influence listed companys business performance included law annual bonus proportion, the company quantity, the state-owned stock proportion, the management level holds and so on. Keywords: Listed companies; Total profits; Equity structure; Grey System Theory 引言 目前，区域经济增长与区域竞争力的研究大多是从宏观角度来展开，并且得出了很多结论，但这些宏观研究及其结论大多是定性分析，主观推导，虽必要但不充分。上市公司是我国企业中资产相对优良、治理结构较为先进、财务制度较为透明的群体。上市公司只有不断提高其业绩水平,虚拟价值才能与实体价值一同增值,其对经济的贡献也才会越来越大。上市公司是指公司(Grey System Theory)就是针对既无经验、数据又少的不确定性问题(即少数据不确定性问题)提出的，其研究对象是部分信息己知、部分信息未知的贫信息不确定性系统 ，它通过对部分已知信息的生成、开发实现对现实世界的确切描述和认识。 灰色系统理论中应用最为广泛的是灰关联分析。灰色系统理论采用关联度分析的方法进行系统分析 。作为一个发展变化的系统，关联度分析实际上是动态过程发展态势的量化比较分析，其基本思想是根据曲线间几何形状的比较来进行因素分析，认为几何形状越接近，则发展变化态势越接近，关联程度越大。通过灰关联分析，可以使信息不完全与少数据不确定的灰系统的因子量化、序化，从而实现有参考系的、有测度的整体比较 。
