规范化护理流程在PICC置管患者中的应用 刘纪红 河北省沧州市中心医院肿瘤内科，河北沧州 061001 【摘要】目的：探讨PICC置管后患者并发症的特点、发生率与护理人员的认知、维护的相关性，为改善病人现状、减轻疾病痛苦与降低医疗费用提供参考。方法：应用问卷调查量表进行实地考察与现场考核，针对PICC置管患者开展病例对照调查。结果：病例组的并发症维护及导管固定方法中存在的问题均显著高于对照组（P0.05），其中在PICC置管后维护流程、导管固定等操作方法的合格率分别为16%，8%；在导管冲封、无菌操作方面的合格率分别为19%，11%；PICC置管后对照组患者并发症的发生率显著低于病例组，差异显著性意义(P0.05)。结论：未经过培训的护理人员在PICC置管维护流程的实施、导管固定与冲封管技术及无菌操作观念等方面均存在着一系列不良行为习惯，应在护理操作前对其进行专业的培训和指导，待考核合格后方可上岗操作。 【关键词】规范化护理流程；PICC置管；并发症 The application of Standardization of nursing process in the PICC catheter patients LIU Jihong Department of Internal Oncology, the Central Hospital of Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, Cangzhou 061001 【 abstract 】 objective: To study the correlation between characteristics and the incidence of relevance of patients with complications after PICC catheter, and nurses cognition, maintenance, in order to provide the reference to improve the current situation, reduce the disease pain and lower its cost for patients. Methods: Questionnaire survey scale was used to do the field trips and site assessment, and case-control study was done for patients with PICC catheter in. Results: The cases of complications of the problems existing in the maintenance and catheter fixed method were significantly higher in the case group than that of control group (P 0.05), the maintenance process, the qualification rate of the catheter after PICC catheter fixed operating methods were 16%, 8%; the qualification rate of sealing catheter, sterile operation were 19%, 11% , respectively; the incidence of complications in patients after PICC catheter in the control group were significantly lower than that in the case group, with significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusion: there is a series of bad behavior habits in the implementation of PICC catheter maintenance procedures, catheter fixed and sealing tube technology and so on aseptic operation idea, for nursing staff without training, and it should be given the professional training and guidance in nursing before ope
