临床医学论文-黄桂灌肠剂抗炎与解热镇痛作用的实验研究 【摘要】? 目的 研究黄桂灌肠剂的抗炎与解热镇痛作用。方法 用黄桂灌肠剂给大鼠灌肠，观察其对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀、大鼠痛阈值的影响。用黄桂灌肠剂给家兔灌肠，观察其对家兔发热的影响。结果 黄桂灌肠剂能明显抑制大鼠足跖肿胀，提高大鼠痛阈值，抑制家兔的发热反应。结论 黄桂灌肠剂具有抗炎与解热镇痛作用。 【关键词】? 黄桂灌肠剂 抗炎 解热 镇痛 实验研究 ???? 【Abstract】?
