摘 要 红外检测诊断技术是一种新兴的现代电力设备故障检测技术。电力设备故障诊断 技术是一门工程与理论紧密相结合的综合性的新技术，极大地促进了企业设备维修制 度的变革，很大程度地降低经济损失。随着电力设备诊断技术的不断发展，现代红外 技术不断成熟和日臻完善，电力设备的红外检测诊断技术作为一项简便、快捷的设备 状态在线检测技术得到了快速发展。由于它具有非接触、直观、快速、安全，应用范 围广等优点，红外检测诊断技术将在设备故障诊断应用中具有极其广阔的前景。 本文在简单介绍了用红外检测进行探伤的基本原理之后，从整体上介绍了红外检 测诊断系统的组成与工作原理，然后详细阐述计算机软件的设计和实现。软件是使用 Visual C++.NET 编写的，并且结合了数据库的应用，通过数据库有组织地处理红外图 像数据。其中详细叙述了软件中发挥重要作用的红外图像处理算法和控制过程。在红 外图像处理算法部分，针对红外图像的特点提出了新的图像处理算法，并通过对比红 外图像证实了算法的可行性和优越性；针对电机诊断提出了检测算法，并用实际电机 红外图像进行实验，给出了电机诊断结果。在控制过程部分中，详细的介绍了红外图 像数据的数据传输、数据库操作与图像显示工作。在文章的最后，对整个工作进行了 总结，并提出了展望。 关键词：红外检测诊断技术; 红外热像仪; 电机; 红外图像处理; 数据库 I Abstract The infrared test diagnosing technology is a new modern defect diagnoses technology for the electric equipment, which is a new comprehensive technology combining engineering and theory. The defect diagnoses technology has greatly promoted the change of equipment maintenance institutional in enterprises and lowered economic loss. Along with the unceasing development of defects diagnostic technology for the electric equipment, modern infrared technology undergoes steady improvements and matures day by day; the infrared test diagnosing technology for equipment develops rapidly as a handy and quick technology for equipment condition online testing. It has an extremely broad prospect of application for equipment fault diagnosis, because of its advantages such as non-contact, audio-visual, fast, safe, extensive application.
