摘 要
本文以教育教学理论为指导，以现代远程教育理论为依据，探讨了网络课件在当前教
育信息资源建设中的地位与作用，并指出了网络课件与传统单机课件、网络课件与网络课
程的联系与区别；研究了在网络教学模式下，网络课件的设计原则、制作手段和使用方法。
紧密结合网络教学的现状，提出了一整套切实可行的网络课件制作流程，旨在为广大教育
工作者丌展网络教学提供参考。以期使他们迅速掌握网络课件的制作技术，极大丰富网络
教学资源，加快教育信息化建设的发展进程。
