Hebei University, Baoding 071000, China) Abstract: Objective To study the effects of concentration of CA15-3 and CEA in patient’s serum on the diagnosis and prognosis of the breast cancer. Methods The concentration of serum CA15-3 and CEA in 97 patients with breast cancer, 74 women with Benign Disease and 50 healthy women were detected by chemiluminescent immunoassay to evaluate the diagnostic and prognosis effects of CA15-3 and CEA on the breast cancer. Result Given CA15-330U/mL, CEA15ng/mL, its positive rate were 33% and 17.5%; but it
