天津师范大学课程与教学论 (生物)硕士研究生论文 摘 要 跨世纪人才的培养、素质教育成为关注的焦点。职业性医学院校学生心理 状况、营养状况、学习成绩的现状及相关研究尚属空白。为此本课题进行了这 方面的调查分析，为学校健康教育、心理咨询及有关部门决策提出意见和建议。 本文采用随机整群抽样的方法对天津职工医学院 (简称职医，后同)473名医 疗专业和护理专业的大专生，用症状自评量表 ((SCL-90)进行心理健康状况 的问卷调查，用 “身高标准体重法”对学生营养状况进行测试，在此基础上探 讨两者之间的关系以及两者与学习成绩之间的关系。结果表明:天津职医大学 生心理健康总体水平低于全国青年常模组，但好于其它一些地方院校学生。男 生的总体心理健康水平较女生差，但无显著性差异;职医大学生营养状况优于 全国学生，男女生营养状况无显著性差异 (P0.05)。相关分析显示，天津职 医大学生营养状况与学习成绩无明显相关性;在 10个因子中有7个因子均值差 生组高于好生组，表明心理健康水平对学习成绩存在一定的影响。但 u检验显 示，这种差异无显著性 ((P0.05)。研究显示，学习成绩与敌对因子呈明显的 负相关。提示，应积极地关心学生的营养状况，加强学生心理卫生工作，优化 学生心理素质，使他们更好地顺利完成学业。 关键词:症状自评量表~ }了身高标准体重;心理健康;营养: C*了大学生 天津师范大学课程与教学论 (生物)硕L研究生论文 Abstract Tocultivatetalentinthenewcentury,qualityofeducationisbecomingthenumber onepriority.Reviewthehistoryofprofessionalmedicalstudentsmentalhealth,Itis blankfieldonthecorelationshipstudybetweenmentalhealth,nutritionandlearning achievementlevel.Soweinvestigateandresearchintheserespectstooffer reasonableproposalsforhealtheducationandpsychologicalconsultation.
