临床医学论文-通心络胶囊对冠脉内支架置入术后患者凝血纤溶系统和血管紧张素Ⅱ的影响 【关键词】? ,,冠心病 ?　　摘?? 要：目的：探讨通心络胶囊对冠脉内支架置入术后患者体内凝血―纤溶系统和血管紧张素Ⅱ的影响及其作用机制。方法：58例冠脉内支架置入术后患者随机分为两组:分别用常规药物（对照组29例）和常规药物加通心络胶囊(治疗组29例)治疗，观察对术后患者凝血―纤溶相关指标：组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、纤溶酶原活化剂抑制物1(PAI-1)、抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)、纤维蛋白原(FIB) 和血管紧张素Ⅱ的影响。结果：①治疗15d后，治疗组血管紧张素Ⅱ与对照组比较，差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。②治疗60天后，治疗组AT-Ⅲ、t-PA较对照组显著升高(P0.01)，PAI-1治疗组低于对照组(P0.05)，FIB治疗组显著低于对照组(P0.01)。结论：通心络胶囊通过提高体内AT-Ⅲ、t-PA水平，降低FIB、PAI-1和血管紧张素Ⅱ水平来调节体内凝血―纤溶系统平衡。 　　关键词：???? 冠心病；???? 支架置入术；???? 通心络胶囊；???? 凝血纤溶；???? 血管紧张素Ⅱ 　　Effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on Coagulant and Fibrinolysis System and　Angiotension-Ⅱ in Patients with CHD after Intracoronary Stenting 　　Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect and mechanism of Tongxinluo capsule? on coagulant and fibrinolysis system and angiotensionⅡin patients with coronary heart disease after intracoronary stenting. Methods: Fifty-six patients ,accepted intracoronary stenting ,were randomly into 2 groups ,the contro1 group treated with conventional medicine and the treated group treated with conventional medicine plus tongxinluo capsule .The changes of coagulant-fibrinolysis related indexes ,including t-PA,PAI-1,AT-Ⅲ，FIB and ANG-Ⅱ were observed. Results: ①At fifteen days after treatment，as comparison between the two groups，ang-Ⅱ was insignificant difference in the treated? group(P＞0.05).② At sixty days after treatment，AT―Ⅲ? and t-PA were? significantly? higher in? the? treated? group? than those in the control group；PAI-1? was? lower? in? the? treated group ( P0.05)； FIB?? was significantly lower in the treated group? (P0.01)．Conclusion： Tongxinluo capsule? could? adjust the balance between coagu1ant-fibrino1ysis system of with coronary heart disease patients after intracoronary stenting? by increasing AT―Ⅲand? t-PA 1evels，and? lowering?
