临床医学论文-退休老人非酒精性脂肪肝112例相关因素的分析 ????????????????????? 作者： 田玉玲,王何兰,郝香蕊,张嫣嫣 【关键词】? 年龄；脂肪肝；高血压；高血脂；高血糖；肥胖超重；主动脉硬化；乙肝表面抗原? ?? ［摘要］? 目的? 研究退休老人非酒精性脂肪肝相关因素的影响，探讨改善退休老人非酒精性脂肪肝的方法。方法? 应用SPSS软件建立数据库，对相关因素如性别、年龄、实验室的检查结果进行分析，研究上述相关因素和脂肪肝的关系。 结果? 从289例50～79岁的退休老人的2005年健康体检中，发现非酒精性脂肪肝轻度、中度、重度脂肪肝有112例。占体检总人数的38.8%，其中轻度脂肪肝有91例，中度脂肪肝有20例,重度脂肪肝1例。男性脂肪肝为43.7%，女性脂肪肝为33.7%。在112例非酒精性脂肪肝的相关因素研究中发现：年龄、乙肝表面抗原、血脂、血糖、体重指数、主动脉硬化、高血压与脂肪肝差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论? 退休老人脂肪肝的发病与年龄、饮食、生活习惯、运动有关。怎样通过改变生活方式、饮食习惯、运动方式等防止退休老人脂肪肝的发生，是需要认真探讨的问题。 ??? ［关键词］? 年龄；脂肪肝；高血压；高血脂；高血糖；肥胖超重；主动脉硬化；乙肝表面抗原 ?????? Analysis on related factors of nonalcoholic fatty liver in retirees:a report of 112 cases ??????? ［Abstract］? Objective? To research the related factors’ impact on elderly retirees with nonalcoholic fatty liver,study and improve the method of elderly retirees’ nonalcohol fatty liver. Methods? SPSS software was used to build a database. The relevant factors are gender,age and the results of laboratory’s examinations analysis etc. Examine the relationship between fatty liver and related factors above.Results? 289 cases in the health examination about 50～79 years old retired elderly,it was discovered that nonalcoholic fatty liver incidence of mild,moderate and severe are 112 cases in year 2005.? 38.8% of the total number in the medical examinations,including 91 with mild fatty liver,20 with moderate fatty liver,severe fatty liver 1. Male fatty livers are 43.7% and 33.7% in female. In 112 cases of nonalcoholic fatty livers’ related factors were found that there is a certain relationship with fatty liver about: Age,hepatitis B surface antigen,serum lipids,blood glucose,weight index,the main arteriosclerosis and hypertension,P＜0.05,there also shows a significant meaning.??
