摘要 城市化与新兴旅游城市的可持续发展研究 摘要 在我国大众旅游快速发展的时代背景下，旅游作为主要驱动力催 生了众多以旅游为主要职能的新兴城市，其中的典型代表有三亚、黄 山、张家界等。本文通过对这一现实的关注和思考，首先提出了“新 兴旅游城市”这一概念，用来概括现实中普遍存在的这样一类城市。 我国学术界对于这一新的城市化模式关注较晚，且鲜少有学者对 这类城市的可持续发展问题有系统性的研究。而随着城市化和旅游业 的高速发展，这类城市面临着诸如人口压力、城市承载力不足以及特 色资源和城市文化逐渐失落等诸多挑战，因此，加强理论和实证研究， 探索该类城市可持续发展的思路和途径就显得尤为重要。 本文运用城市化理论和城市经济学理论，从新兴旅游城市的产生 入手，分析其城市化的动力机制以及发展历程，指出城市化对于该类 城市可持续发展的重要性，并据此提出应基于城市化的视角对新兴旅 游城市的可持续发展进行探讨。结合笔者的实践观察及相关的文献研 究总结，本文指出了目前我国主要新兴旅游城市可持续发展面临的主 要问题，并结合新兴旅游城市兴起和发展的背景分析了问题产生的根 源。最后，本文以三亚市的实证研究为基础，基于可持续发展理论和 现代规划学等理论，从产业优化升级、城市规划以及新兴旅游城市可 持续发展的支撑体系三个主要方面对新兴旅游城市可持续发展的实 I 摘要 现进行了探讨。笔者希望通过本文的研究起到抛砖引玉的作用，引起 学术界对新兴旅游城市的关注，加强对该类城市的理论和实证研究， 以期为该类城市的可持续发展提供指导与借鉴。 关键词：新兴旅游城市 城市化 可持续发展 三亚 II ABSTRACT URBANIZATION AND RESEARCH ON SUSTAINABILITY OF EMERGING TOURIST CITY ABSTRACT Decades of rapid development of tourism industry has been driving the urbanization of a number of newly established cities across China, with tourism as the major city function. Sanya, Huangshan, Zhangjiajie are the typical representatives of these cities. Based on the research and analysis of this social-economical phenomenon, this dissertation presents a noval concept of ‘emerging tourist city’ to address these cities. China’s academic community started to pay attention to this new urbanization model from the late 1990s, but little systematic research has been done yet. With progressing urbanization and further development of the tourism sector, these cities are now facing many challenges such as heavy population pressure, insufficient bearing capacity and gradually loss of their distinguishing traits and culture. Hence, it’s critical to reinforce theoretical and empirical studies and find out a sustainable development roadmap for emerging tourist cities.
