石嘴山市煤炭行业循环经济发展研究论文.doc

   华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 摘 要 对于研究煤炭行业循环经济的发展，能更好的改变煤炭行业的经济状况，有利于 缓解我国能源短缺的严重情况，并能促使煤炭资源的合理开发与利用。而发展循环 经济的重要措施是实现资源节约，促进经济发展以及环境保护。长年以来，煤炭一 直在我国社会经济发展中起到了非常大的作用，作为能源支柱的煤炭也在我国的一 次性能源消费中占到了 72%左右。随着我国对能源的需求越来越高，但是传统的开采 过程、不合理的排放、低能源使用等造成了资源的严重浪费。当进入一个新的发展 时期，资源的保护，并采取在煤炭行业循环经济的发展、集约化生产的可持续性已 成为最重要的战略任务。经济和环境问题产生了更加巨大的破坏，也更难以满足的 经济发展的需要。同时，探讨推动到一个新的工业化道路的煤炭工业的发展成了必 然的选择。因此，我们应该结合相关政策与措施，积极推行循环经济，建设更为美 好的家园。 本文依据循环经济学的相关理论，首先对石嘴山市煤炭资源的开发与利用入手， 采取企业的微观运作以及自治区政府的宏观政策相联系的方法，依照国家“十一五” 计划和西部大开发的战略思想作为指导，重点研究两个方面。第一，关于石嘴山市 煤炭行业循环经济发展模式以及实现的路径，主要从小循环、中循环、大循环三个 层次进行研究。第二，对石嘴山市煤炭行业循环经济的发展进行 SWOT 分析。最后本 文提出石嘴山市煤炭行业发展循环经济的政策与措施。 关键词：循环经济，煤炭行业，模式选择，SWOT 分析   I      华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 Abstract As a result, studies on circular economy make for changes of growth model in coal industry, promote rational exploitation and effective use of coal resources, so as to ease the grim reality of energy shortage in China. Development of circular economy is a significent means for the coal industry to ensure coordination in resource conservation, economic growth and environmental protection. For a long time, coal consumption accounts for 72% in primary energy consumption in China, so that coal as the pillar of energy resources has played an essential role in social and economic development. However, with the rapid growth of national economy, energy resources have been increasingly demanded, due to that traditional development and utilization mode of resource – heavy emission, high degree of exploitation, inefficient use -- not only causes serious waste of resources and environmental pollution, but also fails to meet the demand of economic development; as a result, the subsistence crisis of coal industry has become highlight. When stepping into a new period of development, circular economy is the inevitable choice for the coal industry to continue exploration in the new path of industrialization.
